The people we help are just like you and I. They have stumbled upon hard times and can't seem to find their way back to reality. But why? How? There are resources out there. So many questions but who's looking for answers? 3 Rose isn't here to find out why you are homeless, we are here to make sure you will not be homeless anymore. We are reaching out all across Houston Area to get you the help, resources, and tools you need to get off the streets and become apart of society.

Teamwork is characterized by having a sense of purpose to achieve a clear, specific goal that all members believe is important to attain. Individual commitment to a group effort -- that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work. Our team is spiritually connected which makes us unstoppable, we come together to build each others weakness to create a powerful army of leaders. Our goal is to save lives and restore our community together with God as the head of our lives.

WE ARE A FAMILY....

Families have different rules, they have different traditions, they have different styles. They are important in that they define what makes one’s own family special. They define the environment we spend most of our time in; especially when we are young, they shape our identity and define our world. What does matter? That family members love, support, listen to and respect one another. That they don’t abuse or neglect each other. What matters is that people are respected, listened to, and supported. Even love plays a role: at the 3 Rose organization, employees share a passion for the mission and also share camaraderie. The perfect blend of culture and challenge.
